Subsequently they can be served with seasoning of your choice: water, oil, cherry tomatoes, basil, tuna, olives!

Very quick to prepare, the Apulian frise are good at any time of the day, as a snack, as an aperitif, but they are also perfect as a single summer meal, tasty, colorful and genuine. They also have a long shelf life, making it the perfect food to always keep at home ready for any eventuality.

Focaccia

The focaccia is another typical product of the Apulian tradition, it is obtained by mixing remilled durum wheat, brewer’s yeast, salt and water. The dough, once risen, is then seasoned and baked in a wood oven. Tall, soft and fluffy, the Apulian focaccia is a delight different from all the other focaccias that can be enjoyed anywhere around the boot.

There are 3 most famous variants of the Altamura focaccia: focaccia with fresh tomatoes; white focaccia with coarse salt and rosemary; focaccia with potatoes. In whichever version you choose, the Altamura focaccia is always exquisite and delicious.
